There will be points in the match when you need to break contact, i.e. The part about concealment is still important on Battleships, IMO, even if you're trying to fire your guns as soon as they're loaded all the time. Then 4th tier I would take fire prevention first, concealment second, and then the extra healĮven before the Captain Skill Rework, the Stealth Survival Build was the go-to for most Battleship Builds. Third tier I personally prefer Basics of Survivability first but a lot of people take AR first. Note that I only have 14 point commander for the Monarch which I use on both the Nelson and Thunderer as well. The commander skills are the same but the upgrade in slot 3, I choose to go with Aiming System Mod 1 over the Main Battery Mod 2. As Grantwhy stated, by build for those are pretty much the same as the USN fast BBs North Carolina and Montana. I cut my teeth on the North Carolina learning how to play BBs in high tier randoms so, my stats aren't great in her. But I've put my fair share of time in on the USN and RN BBs. I just started grinding down the IJN BB line a few weeks ago and I am on the Kongo so I don't have any advice for that particular ship.
